• April 6: The tournament office will be open from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Official Hotel -Park Hotel Diament Katowice (37 Wita Stwosza St.). This session is mainly for players who still need to settle their payments (yellow warning sign on the starting list). If you are staying at the hotel, we encourage you to collect your badge during this time.
• April 7: The office will move to the Arena Katowice (Playing Venue, 1 Nowa Bukowa St.). It will be located right by the main entrance and open from 11:00 to 15:00.

If your status on the starting list shows a green checkmark (with no yellow warning sign), you may go directly to the venue for the opening.

• Opening Ceremony and start of the 1^st Round: April 7 at 15:00 at the Arena Katowice.
• Important: Please arrive early. You will need time to collect your accreditation, pass through security checks, and use the cloakroom or deposit. These procedures take time, so please plan accordingly.

The Technical Meeting for the players takes place on April 6 at 21:00 at the Official Hotel (Park Hotel Diament Katowice, 6th floor, Room C). Please note that attendance is not mandatory.

The pairings for the first round will be published on April 6, shortly after the Technical Meeting ends (approximately 22:00).

For guests staying at the official hotel, a shuttle bus will depart for the venue on April 7 at 14:15. Further transport details will be provided soon.

Players will be allowed to enter the playing area starting from 14:30.

A cloakroom for outer clothing and a deposit for electronic devices (which are strictly forbidden in the playing area) will be available.

• Note: While we provide security for these items, leaving them in the deposit is at your own risk.
