If the Hotel Diament reaches full capacity, the organizer will arrange accommodation at another hotel for the remaining players. Transportation between the hotel and the sporting venue (approximately 10 minutes) will be provided free of charge only for guests accommodated in the official hotel.

Participants are not obliged to stay at the official tournament hotel. The hotel is offered as a recommended option only, and each player is free to arrange accommodation independently at a place of their choice.
